Can I browse the shop before buying?

Yes. Simply click on the "Browse Shop" link at the top of the page to see what is available. However, if you make a choice whilst browsing the shop you will need to return to signing in with your user details before you can continue with an order.


How do I find what I want?

You can either browse the shop first, or, during the ordering process you can choose from one of the available categories to show a list of products.


How do I get all the information I need about a gift?

When you enter a gift category (e.g. 'chocolates') you'll be presented with a list of products available. You can either order straight away from this list or click on 'more information' against each individual gift. If this does not answer your queries please call the recognition shop helpline.


Can I repeat an order to a different recipient without going back to the beginning of the order process?

Yes. If you wish to give the same gift to a number of different people you need select the gift and add it to the selected recipient and then click on the 'Next recipient' link to move on to the next recipient, the product you just added will automatically be displayed simply click 'Add' and repeat for each recipient.


Can I order a combination of items for one recipient in a single order?

Yes. Once you've completed the recipient details and moved onto 'gift selection' you can purchase whatever and however many items you need. Simply follow the on-screen instructions.


Can I place bulk orders?

Yes. But because of tax auditing purposes we require each gift to be allocated to a named recipient. Depending on the number of recipients this could take you a while working through the buying process whilst online.


Can I have gifts delivered to me for handing on?

Yes. You can have gifts delivered to yourself at your business address. If you select this option the addresses entered during your user registration will be displayed for confirmation.


Can I attach a personal message to the gift?

Yes. Simply complete the message field on the 'Add recipients' section of the site. This message will then be included with the gift when it is dispatched.
